  • For damaged products:
  1. Clear photos of the damaged items
  2. Clear photos of the shipping box (inside & outside)                                     

Replacement address:

The address where you want the replacement items shipped

Providing complete information helps us process your claim smoothly and quickly.

How Long Does It Take to Process a Replacement?

  • Replacements are typically processed within 72 hours.
  • In some cases, an internal investigation with the courier may be required, which can take additional time.
  • We will keep you updated every step of the way.

What Is the Time Limit for Submitting a Request?

To ensure we can properly assist you, please submit your request within the timeframes below:

Damaged Orders

You must notify us within one month from the date your order was delivered.

Lost Orders

You must notify us within one month from the estimated delivery date.

Requests submitted outside these windows cannot be guaranteed

Can I Cancel or Change My Order?

Once an order is placed, Drip & Dew begins processing it immediately. Our fulfillment workflow is automated, so we are unable to amend or cancel orders once they enter the system. This includes:

  • Changing the delivery address
  • Changing shipping method
  • Editing items in the order
  • Canceling the order
