Changing Your Delivery Address

Once an order has been placed, we are generally unable to make changes — this includes:

• Shipping method
• Removing or swapping items

However, if you contact us within the first 24 hours, we may be able to modify your order.

When Will I Get My Tracking Number?

After your order is processed and shipped, Drip & Dew will send you a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

If the Courier Cannot Deliver Your Order

Why might a delivery fail?

The package may be returned to us.
Once received:
